Relocation Management


T2pm defines Relocation Management as the logistical oversight, coordination and contract administration of events involved in the client's occupation of a facility. The relocation may be a consolidation of multiple locations into a single facility or a single facility into multiple locations. These events may include Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal evaluation and recommendations, notifications to postal, security, plant and vending services; signage modifications and installation; telecommunications and data installation; audio-visual planning and installation; and departmental relocation of people, furniture, and equipment.

T2pm plans, budgets, and schedules, communicates and documents the details of the relocation. By acting as the central point of contact between the client and multiple vendors, T2pm makes the relocation planning process as simple as possible for the client.

T2pm understands that change can be difficult; therefore, we offer Relocation Management that makes the transition easier for employees, management, and service providers. Communication and documentation during planning, scheduling, implementation, pre-move and post-move is key to alleviating employee anxiety and apprehension.
