Brad Swarts, LEED AP

Senior Project Manager

Influenced by having both lived in and traveled throughout Europe during his childhood Brad developed an interest in architecture which continues today.  He has over 20 years of experience in the field and has been involved in all aspects of the practice including: programming, design, project management and construction administration.

During his career he has been part of many successful teams with projects in Kansas, North Carolina and South Carolina.  His work includes experience in K-12, post-secondary and municipal projects. He has managed K-12 projects for Cumberland, Robeson, Hoke, Wake and Salisbury County Public Schools Systems. His extensive work experience with post-secondary education clients includes UNC-Pembroke, Fayetteville State University, UNC-Chapel Hill and Fayetteville Technical Community College.

Having spent year’s coaching youth soccer in his spare time, Brad believes fundamentally that team building is a key component in developing successful projects.  He approaches each new project by carefully listening to a client’s design needs while being mindful of their budget and time constraints.

Project types include healthcare, K-12, post-secondary, and municipal.
