T2pm provides the program management resources needed to manage multiple projects within a program. Our wide-ranging project experience includes rolling out retail branch banks in the Atlanta market and regional training centers for a national technology-training organization. In each case, our services included site procurement, prototypical design management, construction sequencing, scheduling, budget controls, construction administration, and numerous other proven methods.
T2pm integrates a holistic, comprehensive approach into our program management services and can quickly adapt to a diverse spectrum of conditions, providing scalable solutions for multiple regional or national locations.
Facility Condition Assessments
T2pm has experience providing facility condition assessments, cost modeling, hierarchical project sequencing and budget forecasting. We work with facilities staff, administrators, end users, janitorial and maintenance staff, architects and engineers to compile a comprehensive study that addresses and prioritizes project needs and budgets into the future.
Specific areas of assessment include: building envelope; mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; parking lots; kitchen conditions; communication systems; fire alarms and security; and ADA compliance.
Depending on your needs, our staff has the capacity to function as an extension of your existing facilities department, or we can execute those functions independently.
